Customer Service.

Customer Service is not something you can expect from a Wholesale Surfboard manufacture

Synchro-link is just a make believe way of making sure people know that I'm not surfing someone else's boards.

Put it this way: I learned that I can make a better quality surfboard than any of those production surfboard brands the surf shops offer us.

Dennis James Sattler
Owner & Shaper

@ Synchro-link Surf

I tried to provide you all with the work truck of the future and all you did was steal it so you could kill people with it, so don't think I'll supply you with any surfboards, because I would just hate to see what you would manage to do with them.
The last thing I want to see is a stupid 8%er surfing one of my boards.
The way I look at shapers and theirs surfboards, is just like a auto-bodyman with another paint-job in another auto-body shop.
They are a dime a dozen and I don't think I want to be another one, so I'd prefer to keep my boards to myself.
I can understand why my friend Abner didn't shape for other people either. It's a nice thing to know how to do for myself, but I sure as hell would not want to do it for a living.

I don't think many guys go to this level when making a rocker template.

The more I learned about the kind of people working in the surfboard manufacturing, the more I realized I don't want to be any part of it.
